Returns

We have a 1 day return policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a return.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
 
To start a return, you can contact us at austrendyvibes@gmail.com or by message. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address provided by Aus Trendy Vibes
 
If your return is accepted we will send you a email or message with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us with out first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Certain types of items cannot be returned such as personal care goods (such as beauty products) including cologne/perfume.

We will not accept returns if item/items are not in the same condition as provided by the seller so please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We have the right to cancel your return for any reason and without justification if your item does not meet our return policy so the item/items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
​
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded by Pay ID or your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and return postage will be at the cost of the buyer.
